Jon McCollum

Prior to founding Verify Comply, Jon served as the Corporate Compliance Officer at one of the nation’s largest medical billing and practice management companies. His expertise includes business operations and revenue cycle management, training and analysis, practice management, practice management system administration, client relations, SQL scripting & reporting, software development & support, and database administration. Jon studied Computer Science at The University of North Texas, is a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Certified Compliance Professional.

Shannon Kidd PhD, JD

Dr. Kidd serves as Verify Comply's general counsel and chief operations officer. Prior to joining Verify Comply, Shannon was an attorney at one of the nation's most prestigious law firms. Honing her skills by effectively managing large multi-jurisdictional disputes and advising clients operating in complex regulatory spaces, Shannon's drive, organization, and ethical entrepreneurial prowess makes her exceptionally well suited to lead Verify Comply operations. Shannon studied biochemistry at the University of Texas at Austin, received her PhD in biomedical science from MD Anderson Cancer Center, and earned her law degree from the University of Texas.

Alicia Lemley

With over 10 years of experience in healthcare and financial management industries, Alicia has a broad spectrum of talents that range from clinical care to back-office management. Her astute ability to define and execute operating procedures has enabled her to build credentialing teams from the ground up, and her entrepreneurial spirit generates an infectious enthusiasm that extends to her colleagues. Frank Benevento is an experienced full-stack developer with over 20 years of experience. Starting in software development right after college, Frank quickly expanded his expertise to include Project Management and IT Management, even branching out to start his own consulting firm. Known for his strong work ethic and a knack for leveraging technology to tackle challenges, Frank has consistently proven himself to be a dependable and ambitious professional. His broad experience has not only sharpened his skills but also made him a versatile IT pro, ready to bring fresh, innovative solutions to the table.
