Events can be submitted through three channels, all routed through the same review and notification pipeline.
Anonymous Phone
A reporter calls the dedicated hotline. The call is transcribed, reviewed by a ComplyLine operator to eliminate spam and confirm accuracy, then approved, notifying allowed Users by email.
Web Portal
Reporters can submit anonymously through the ComplyLine web portal. Submissions follow the same operator review and approval process before reaching your team.
Internal Submission
Your ComplyLine Users can manually create events, useful when tips arrive through other channels and need to be centrally tracked.
